In honor of Adopt a Shelter Animal month!
Saturn of Rockford, First Northern Credit Union and PAWS Humane Society invited the community to come out and visit with some of the local animal rescue groups, Humane Societies, Breed Rescues and other animal friendly volunteers.
Information was given on how you can:
Give these wonderful animals a “Forever” home
Become a volunteer and/or Foster Family
Make a difference in an animals life
Find a Canine Dog Park nearby
Board your family friend while away, and more…
Nail trims by Pampered Pet Groomers for a $$ donation
(donations will go to the organizations present at the event)
There were agility and obedience demonstrations by the Forest City Dog Training Club!
Pet treats for sale and lots of Raffles!
